Using Dormeli

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Dormeli, including the website, mobile experiences, chat features, sleep plans, diary tools, subscriptions, and related services. By using Dormeli, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use Dormeli only if you can form a binding agreement and use the service in compliance with applicable law. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, probe vulnerabilities, reverse engineer protected features except where permitted by law, or use Dormeli in a way that could harm other users or the service.

No medical advice

Dormeli provides educational sleep guidance only. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified clinician. If your child has breathing issues, pain, fever, dehydration, feeding refusal, injury, or anything that feels medically urgent or unsafe, seek professional care immediately instead of relying on Dormeli.

Service description

Depending on your plan, Dormeli may offer a one-time plan, diary tracking, saved history, AI chat, plan adjustments, and other guidance features. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including adding or removing limits, where reasonably necessary to operate the service.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it if it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised, abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

Subscriptions, billing, and trials

Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal through the billing platform you used, such as the web checkout provider or an app store. Prices, taxes, trial terms, and plan limits may be presented at checkout and may change prospectively. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once charged.

Usage limits

Dormeli may enforce message caps, plan-generation limits, anti-abuse controls, or other reasonable usage restrictions by plan. Repeated attempts to bypass those limits may result in suspension or termination.

AI output and your responsibility

Dormeli uses automated systems to generate responses based on the information provided. AI-generated guidance can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You remain responsible for evaluating whether any suggestion is appropriate for your child, your household, and your pediatrician's guidance.

Intellectual property

Dormeli and its branding, software, content, and service design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Termination

You may stop using Dormeli at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, prevent fraud, or address misuse of the service.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dormeli is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dormeli and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to Dormeli for the relevant paid service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Continued use of Dormeli after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
